Mark C. Johnson, MBA, J.D., L.L.M. Taxation
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and International Business from Florida Atlantic University. He holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Jurist Doctorate from American University. He also holds a Master of Law in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.
Mr. Johnson has several years of experience in real estate investing and have remodeled and sold several properties in several states. Mr. Johnson also has several years of experience serving in senior management role in business. He served as a Chief Executive Officer for the OCMA Family Enterprises Limited, a multi-unit retail company in the Caribbean. He served as the Controller and Operations Manager for RAPT Industries, Inc., a defense research and technology company in California. He served as the Campaign Accountant for a major political campaign for the governorship of the state of California. We most recently was employed in the Auditor/Controller/Tax Collector's Office of a California county for a number of years.
Mr. Johnson has been instrumental in enabling the company to achieve its growth goals over the past several months. He has forged important relationships with private financiers, real estate professionals and other relevant industry professionals, to the benefit of the company.
Mr. Johnson is a Co-Founder of the company.
Gary Engel, M.S., US Air Force Retired
Chief of Administration
Mr. Engel served 22 years in the US Air Force, having developed a wide range of leadership, logistical, and administrative competencies. After moving from maintenance leadership roles, he assumed multimillion dollar maintenance budgets and supply chain oversight and administrative duties.
Mr. Engel joined the quality movement, implementing Quality Air Force at his duty station and served as a California senior examiner and trainer for the California Council for Quality and Service.
Mr. Engel is employed as Risk Manager/Safety Officer for a California county, having served for 14 years as a Human Resources Manager and Training Manager.
Arnold Perez
Director of Business Development
Mr. Perez has several years of experience in real estate investing and have remodeled and sold several real properties. Mr. Perez has several years of experience in business development, sales and project management. He is a former member of the US Marine Corp who has served in the first Gulf War. His military experience bring a sense of discipline and focus to the boardroom and to the project timelines.
Jose also bring several years of experience in real estate acquisition research. He has also forged several important relationships with city and county planning and permitting officials, to the benefit of the company. He has been instrumental in assisting to build the company over the last several months. Mr. Perez is a Co-Founder of the company.
